Kelli Haywood, one of KEF's Community Educators, recently published an article on the importance of farmers' markets to both communities and health in the respected rural e-zine Daily Yonder. Through KEF's Kentucky Safe Foods Project, focused on protecting our health from the harmful impacts of Bisphenol-A in packaged foods, we're making the link between the multiple benefits of eating fresh foods.
